First Real Post! I just started this "Mental Ramblings" section on the blog today, but added a few older thoughts & news to give it a bit more content at the start.

I've been getting back into a Kingdom Hearts series run (stopped a few months ago while at the end of the first game). I was going after a bunch of achievements to get the secret ending, and beat Sephiroth for the first time!!! I was never able to beat him when playing on the PS2, so I feel super accomplished. I just have a few gummi missions and a specialized playthrough or two left before getting all achievements on KH1.

Just watched Sullivan's Travels (1941). It was a pretty good movie, and would recommend to anyone want to check out some older Hollywood films. I've been wanting to watch more classic cinema, and decided to start with this movie.

Made some homemade chicken tenders! They came out really crispy and tasy. I want to get a good recipe down, and add it to my recipes page one day.

Made a Pecan Pie Cheesecake. This was one of the best desserts I've ever made! It tasted amazing; surprisingly not too sweet. My dad loves pecan pie but said this is his new favourite dessert. I made this one as a trial, and another for a friend's Christmas present.
