Unicode Converter

Convert text to Unicode or XML/HTML character entities! Currently only accepts one character at a time, but plan to expand to work for strings of text. It also doesn't have much handling for unexpected data, so if you get something with NaN/Undefined/etc. then there may be an issue with the input value or its format.
