- A Large (Chef's) Knife
- A Blender
- Optional: A Fine Mesh Strainer

- 1 Large Watermelon
- Granulated White Sugar
- 2 Limes
Instructions
Watermelon & Lime
- Separate the Watermelon from the rind. This can be done several ways
- Slice the Watermelon in half, then use a large spoon to scoop the watermelon out
- Slice the Watermelon in half, then use a knife to Slice the Rind off. Then Slice the rind-less watermelon into large chunks
- Slice the Watermelon in half, then use a knife to make cuts horizontaly and verticaly to proive watermelon stick attached to the rind which are great for snaking. Cut the remainding rind off.
Watermelon Sliced Up in a Bowl
- Place the Watermelon into a Blender
- Seeds do not need to be removed, we will be able to strain them out towards the end
- Slice the Limes into quarters
- Squeeze the Juice of the Limes into the blender
- Add the Granulated White Sugar to the Belnder
- Add as much or as little as you'd like! I would recommend about 1/2 to a Full Cup, depending on how sweet your watermelon is
Watermelon in a Blender
- Blend the Watermelon chunks & Lime Juice until fully liquified
- Pour the juice from the Blender into Mason Jars or other container
- Optional: If you prefer to remove the pulp from the juice, you may strain the juice through a mesh strainer
- Repeat for the remainder of your bread
Watermelon Juice Packed Up
- Serve over ice and with a sprig of mint
